These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our resources (“Services”). By engaging with EduFlourish, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
EduFlourish offers the following:
- Foundations Division: Provides educational and assessment resources and support to parents and teachers for their children / students.
- Institute Division: Provides educational and assessment resources to technical and vocational student to develop their technical and vocational skillset and prepare them for the world of work.
- Research Division: Provides research analysis and reports about labour economics, development economics, international trade economics and educational planning for interested stakeholders
2. Fees and Payment
- All fees are outlines in our product pages for each division.
- Upon payment, customers are granted a one-year license.
- Access to systems are removed once license expires or 7 days after payment default, to allow for a grace period.
3. Service Availability
- EduFlourish aims for 99.9% uptime for hosted systems.
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
- Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.
4. Support Services
- Support is available via email and online meetings where necessary.
5. Data Security and Privacy
- We implement industry-standard security protocols.
- Clients are responsible for securing their login credentials.
- EduFlourish will not access or share client data without consent, except as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
- EduFlourish is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our provision of educational materials does not make any guarantees.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
- Immediate termination may occur for breach of terms or illegal activity.
